论加尔布雷斯的技治主义思想

On Galbraith’s Technocracy Thought

加尔布雷斯是技治主义制度经济学传统的主要代表,他的思想在技治主义中占有重要地位。文章从“新工业国”、技术结构阶层、技术教育三个方面内容对加尔布雷斯的技治主义思想进行分析,在此基础上对他的思想进行评述,指出他的贡献及其局限。由于技治主义的制度经济学传统一直不被关注,因此,对加尔布雷斯技治主义思想的研究,对技治主义的发展和建构具有重要的研究价值和理论意义。

Galbraith is the main representative of the institutional economics tradition of technocracy.His thought occupies an important position in technocracy.This present paper analysed Galbraith’s thought of technocracy from three aspects:the new industrial state,technostructure,technical education.On this basis,it comments on Galbraith’s thought and pointed out its contributions and limitations.As the institutional economics tradition of technocracy has not been paid attention to,the study of Galbraith’s technocracy has important research value and theoretical signification for the development and construction of technocracy.
