师范类本科生学习倦怠的现状调查研究——以华东师范大学为例 被引量:5

摘要 为探究师范类本科生学习倦怠现状及其影响因素,采用连榕等人编制的大学生学习倦怠量表对上海市华东师范大学的139名全日制师范类本科生进行问卷调查,并根据问卷情况做进一步访谈。研究结果表明:35.3%的师范类本科生在学习过程出现学习倦怠,总体上看倦怠处于中等水平。行为不当是本科师范生在学习中最易出现的问题;师范类本科生的学习倦怠在成就感低这一维度上存在显著的年级差异,大二学生的成就感显著高于大一;学业成绩不同的师范类本科生学习倦怠水平存在极其显著的差异,学业成绩较好的学生学习倦怠水平更低;学习倦怠及其三个因子在性别、专业类别、生源地类型以及师范生类型上均不存在显著性差异。 In order to explore the current situation and influencing factors of learning burnout of normal undergraduates,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 139 full-time normal undergraduates in East China Normal University by using the College Students'Learning Burnout Scale compiled by Lian Rong et al.,and further interviews were conducted according to the questionnaire.The research results show that:35.3%of the normal undergraduates have learning burnout in the learning process.In general,the level of learning burnout of normal undergraduates is medium.And inappropriate behavior is the most common problem for normal undergraduates in learning;There is a significant grade difference in the dimension of low sense of achievement and the sense of achievement of sophomores is significantly higher than that of freshmen;There are extremely significant differences in the level of learning burnout among normal undergraduates with different academic achievements.Students with better academic performance have lower learning burnout level;Learning burnout and its three factors have no significant differences in gender,major category,student origin type and normal undergraduate type.
