On the Construction of Teaching Team for Business Administration Undergraduate Major in Open Education

通过分析团队、教学团队内涵与特征,提出了开放教育专业教学团队的内涵与特征;通过分析湖南广播电视大学开放教育工商管理本科专业建设与管理现状,概括了专业建设与管理存在的问题;在借鉴了普通高校和其他广播电视大学专业团队建设管理经验,结合开放教育专业教学团队内涵特征和湖南广播电视大学开放教育工商管理专业建设管理中存在的问题基础上,提出建设湖南广播电视大学开放教育工商管理本科专业教学团队的方法与思路,为提升湖南广播电视大学开放教育工商管理本科专业建设水平提供参考。

By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of team and teaching team,this paper puts forward the connotation and characteristics of teaching team of open education specialty;by analyzing the current situation of construc?tion and management of undergraduate business administration specialty of open education in our university,it summarizes the problems existing in specialty construction and management;by drawing lessons from the experience of team construc?tion and management of ordinary universities and other radio and television universities,it combines open education with open education.On the basis of the connotation and characteristics of the teaching team of education specialty and the prob?lems existing in the construction and management of Business Administration Specialty in our open education,this paper puts forward the methods and ideas for the construction of the teaching team of Business Administration Specialty in our open education,which can provide reference for the improvement of the construction level of Business Administration Spe?cialty in our open education.
