生源质量是高职院校人才培养质量的基础,以湖北科技职业学院为研究对象,分析了生源质量现状,并在查找影响生源质量的因素的基础上,提出了适应新高考改革趋势,以促进学校优质高职校建设为目的,在专业设置、品质就业、宣传策略、工作体系等方面进行改进,以吸引优质生源,提高生源质量的建议。

The quality of students is the basis of the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges.This pa?per takes Hubei Science and Technology College as the research object,analyzes the current quality of students,finds out the factors that affect the quality of students,and adapts the reform trend of the new college entrance examination,so as to pro?mote the construction of high quality vocational schools in schools.It is recommended to improve the professional setting,quality employment,publicity strategy,work system,etc.to attract high quality students and improve the quality of students.
