基于Arena仿真软件的航空旅客登机安排与优化策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 众所周知,飞机只有在空中飞行才能为航空公司带来利润,航空公司的目标是将飞机停留在机场的时间控制在更小的范围内,其中最关键的影响因素就是旅客的登机时间。旅客登机的这一环节耗时较大,所以我们希望通过研究和试验找出有效的方法来优化登机程序,减少登机时间,尽可能为航空公司带来利润。其中,Arena是一种基于SIMAN模拟语言的管理系统仿真模拟软件,这一软件模拟了旅客登机的过程,我们将旅客的登机方式按照登机顺序不同列出了几种方案,从而算出采用不同方式登机时的时间,航空公司可以通过比较试验结果,结合自身运营的客观规律,从而找出最适合航空公司实施的一种登机方式。 We all know that airlines only generate revenue when their airplanes are in the air,so they want to reduce the time that they spend at the airports as short as possible.One of the key factors that airlines have to pay special attention to is turn around time.Based on that,the boarding and deplaning process play a very important role,since it is one of the significant elements of the turnaround time,and a slow boarding process might lead to many kinds of problems to the airlines,from financial issues to customer complains.This paper used Arena to develop a two-door model for aircraft boarding and aimed to compare the total time to that in the one-door model.
