谈心谈话是高校辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育、心理疏导、关怀教育、学业和就业指导的必备素质和工作途径。非暴力沟通技术在谈心谈话中应用,提升谈心工作的成效和质量。通过分析辅导员与学生在谈心谈话过程中的冲突和问题,将非暴力沟通技术应用到辅导员与学生日常谈心工作中,有助于提升谈心谈话效果、构建师生和谐关系,有效开展思想政治工作和提升辅导员工作能力。

Having a heart-to heart talk with students is an indispensable quality and working way for college counselor to conduct political and ideological education,psychological counseling,caring education,academic and employment guidance for students.The application of nonviolent communication skills can enhance the effect and quality of talking.Through analyzing the confliction and other problems between college counselor and students during their talk and applying the nonviolent communication skills into the talk can not only contribute to enhancing the effect of heart-to-heart talk and constructing harmonious relationship between college counselor and students,but also be conductive to effectively launching the ideological and political education and improving the working ability of the college counselor.
