摘要
电气设备搬迁利旧对工程施工安全及设备安全、可靠性等方面的要求较常规新设备更为严格,对于技术措施方案要求更高。文章结合安徽金寨500kV输变电工程的主变压器搬迁利旧方案,从主变构成、拆除、检测、维修、试验、运输及安装各阶段方案考虑,分析其中存在的可见及预见的问题,并提出合理的方案对策,分析总结,供类似方案借鉴实施。
The relocation and re-utilization of old electrical equipment presents more strict requirements for engineering construction safety,equipment safety and reliability than conventional new equipment,and higher requirements for technical measures.Taking account of the relocation and re-utilization plan in Anhui Jinzhai 500 kV power transmission and transformation project,this paper analyzes the visible and foreseeable problems in stages of composition,dismantlement,inspection,maintenance,test,transportation and installation of the main transformer.It proposes reasonable countermeasures,analyzes them and then comes to a conclusion,which can be used as reference for similar plans.
