摘要
文章着眼于推进公司调控端远方程序化操作实用化,探讨了调控端程序化操作实现的难点。围绕切实可行的500 kV变电站闸刀实传试验方法,基于图像识别技术的闸刀状态“双确认”手段,基于D5000系统的闸刀远方操作防误技术和程序化操作中的防误技术措施,程序化操作对象及技术要求,程序化操作票存储和执行实现方案以及程序化操作可靠性要求及实现方案等五个方面进行了研究分析,有助于调控端远方程序化操作的实施和开展,可以减少变电站操作时间,杜绝或减少因人为原因导致的误操作,有助于电网运行管理水平的提升。
With a view to promote the practicality of remote programmed operation at the control end of the company,this paper discusses the difficulties.It conducts an analysis on the following aspects:the practical and feasible test method of 500 kV substation brake knife real transmission,the″double confirmation″method of knife state based on image recognition technology,the anti-misoperation technology based on D5000 system and the anti-misoperation measures in programmed operation,the programmed operation object and technical requirements,the program operation ticket storage and execution implementation scheme,the reliability requirements and implementation scheme of programmed operation,which is helpful to the implementation and development of remote programmed operation at the control end by reducing the operation time of substation or eliminating misoperation caused by human factors,and is thus conducive to the improvement of power grid operation management.
