摘要
相对于常规变电站,智能变电站保护装置的出口、功能回路采用软压板和虚端子连接,其可视性和直接操作性有所降低。为了解决智能变电站保护装置检修工作中安措确认困难问题,文章提出一种保护装置安措校验系统,通过站内通信网络获取一次设备状态信息和二次设备定值及压板信息。根据内嵌保护装置安措逻辑,系统自动生产相应模板,并校验现场安措是否正确。
Compared with conventional substations,the outlet and functional circuit of the protection devices in smart substations are connected by soft pressboards and virtual terminals,which reduces the visibility and direct operability.In order to solve the difficulties of security measures confirmation in the maintenance of protection devices in smart substations,this paper proposes a security measures verification system,which can obtain both the state information of primary equipment and the fixed value and pressboard information of secondary equipment through the communication network in the station.According to the built-in security principle,the system automatically generates the security template and verifies the security measures at working field.
