摘要
为了实现锅炉积灰的在线实时监测,对受热面按需吹灰提供理论指导与优化,采用机理方法建立了灰污监测模型。针对热平衡在变工况下失效的问题,对热平衡公式进行修正,并在此基础上建立了动态灰污监测模型。为了便于电厂运行人员进行吹灰判断,利用MATLAB与组态王开发了省煤器积灰在线监测系统。利用黔西某电厂300MW机组省煤器的离线数据对两种模型进行仿真,结果表明:在负荷稳定时,两种模型的计算结果一致;在负荷波动时,动态灰污监测模型相比稳态模型能够更加准确的反映出受热面的灰污变化趋势,具有更好的负荷适应性,因此实际运行中可依据动态清洁因子结合锅炉运行状况做出吹灰判断。
In order to realize the online real-time monitoring of boiler ash deposition and provide theoretical guidance and optimization for soot-blowing as needed,the fouling monitoring model is established with the method of mechanism modeling.For the failure of the heat balance under variable working conditions,the dynamic fouling monitoring model is established on the modified heat balance equation.In order to make it convenient for operators to conduct soot-blowing estimation,a set of on-line monitoring system for ash deposits of coal economizer based on Kingview is developed.The simulation results of the two models using off-line data of Qianxi 300 MW unit of a power plant show that:the models have same results while the load is stable;however,the dynamic fouling monitoring model can accomplish more accurate reflection of the heating surface fouling trend compared to the steady-state monitoring model,and has better load adaptability.So soot-blowing estimation during actual running can be made through dynamic clean factor and boiler operation conditions.
