摘要 为了提升电力通信运维人员巡检效率,规范电力通信的运维管理,设计了一款基于移动平台的电力通信巡检APP,采用JAVA和HTML5技术,使用Eclipse集成开发环境和ORACLE关系型数据库,以外网移动交互平台为基础构建了包括外网移动端、客户端、内网数据库的三层架构体系,结果表明,软件投入使用以来,单次巡检时间与检修的时间均缩短为原来的1/2,实现了电力通信电子台账的建立与更新。 In order to improve the inspection efficiency and standardize the operation and maintenance management of power communication,a power communication inspection APP based on mobile platform is designed,which adopts JAVA and HTML5 technologies and,by using the Eclipse integrated development environment and the ORACLE relational database,constructs a three-layer architecture system on the extranet mobile interactive platform,including extranet mobile terminal,client terminal and Intranet database.The results show that the time used for a single inspection and overhaul has been shortened by half since the software was put into use,realizing the establishment and update of power communication electronic ledger.
