基于三菱PLC的仓储系统设计与仿真

摘要 对单面仓储立体结构分析,基于三菱FX2N型PLC设计其储物的搬运控制系统。采用欧拉坐标设计X向为搬运工具进退方向,Y向为工具升降方向和Z向为工具的存取货方向。设置各个方向上的限位开关,将工具的运动限制在一定范围内,设计电源故障保护,在故障产生时及时切断电源。在各方向上连接交流伺服驱动电机及其驱动器,提高运动控制精度。系统仿真表明设置的器件均能正常工作。 The storage transport control system is designed based on the Mitsubishi FX2N PLC and the analysis of three-dimensional structure of single-sided storage.The Euler coordinates are used to design the X direction for the direction of the moving tool,the Y direction is the tool lifting direction and the Z direction is the tool access direction.The limit switch in each direction is set,with the movement of the tool confined to a certain range,and the power failure protection is designed with the power cut off in time when the fault occurs.The AC servo drive motors and the drivers are connected in all directions to improve the motion control accuracy.System simulations show that the set devices are working properly.
