深基坑开挖对临近建筑物地下室变形影响的MIDAS/GTS数值分析 被引量:9

摘要 基于长沙市某项目的深基坑工程地质监测数据和勘察资料,利用有限元软件MIDAS/GTS建立三维模型,通过建立三维模型模拟实际施工工况,并对所建立的模型进行数值模拟分析。对施工过程中不同施工工序下的深基坑开挖对临近建筑物地下室产生的变形情况做了三维模拟仿真计算并分析变形情况。随着基坑开挖深度的不断增大,土体的水平位移也随之变大,基坑底部隆起变形以及周边已有建筑物地下室水平位移和竖直沉降变形也不断变大。通过三维模型模拟得到的数据与实际监测数据做对比,可以验证深基坑开挖方案的可行性。对于深基坑开挖造成的基坑底部变形以及对周围已有建筑物地下室变形,应该在分步开挖施工中注意监测。 Based on the engineering geological monitoring data and survey data of a deep foundation pit in a project in Changsha City,this paper uses the finite element software MIDAS/GTS to establish a three-dimensional model,simulates the actual construction conditions by establishing a three-dimensional model,and performs numerical simulation analysis on the established model.The three-dimensional simulation calculation and deformation analysis of the deformation of the deep foundation pit under different construction procedures in the construction process are carried out.As the depth of ex cavation of the foundation pit increases,the horizontal displacement of the soil also becomes larger.The uplift deforma tion at the bottom of the foundation pit and the horizontal displacement and vertical settlement deformation of the exist ing basement of the building are also increasing.Comparing the data obtained by the 3D model simulation with the actu al monitoring data,the feasibility of the deep foundation pit excavation scheme can be verified.For the deformation of the bottom of the foundation pit caused by the excavation of the deep foundation pit and the deformation of the base ment of the surrounding buildings,attention should be paid to the monitoring during the step-by-step excavation construc tion..
