合肥南淝河流域水体溶解有机质的荧光光谱研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用普通荧光光谱、同步荧光光谱和三维荧光光谱研究了合肥南淝河流域水体中溶解有机质(DOM)的荧光特性,考察了科学岛、董铺水库、植物园等各采样点水体DOM的荧光指数f450/500、Flu340/430和不同波长下的荧光强度值;利用三维荧光光谱分析了类腐殖酸、类富里酸及类蛋白质在库区上游与下游水体中的来源、组成、分布及环境行为。实验结果表明,科学岛2和植物园处的f450/500值分别为1.574、1.573,代表了其陆源输入的特点;科学岛1、科学岛3、董铺水库、董铺水库站牌、逍遥津、大东门处f450/500值维持在1.60~1.80左右,处于两个端源中间,表明这些地方可能受污水纳入影响或微生物活动活跃,DOM主要表现为陆源输入和内源生物来源共同组成;在四里河、亳州路桥、五里庙处f450/500值在1.83~1.91左右,表明DOM主要由生物来源输入。三维荧光光谱显示,多数水体的荧光图谱中不存在富里酸的荧光峰,而腐殖酸(峰B)和类蛋白(峰A)的荧光峰较为明显,说明合肥南淝河流域水体在一定程度上受城市生活污水或其他来源的污水污染的影响。 Fluorescent characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in water of Nanfei River Basin were analyzed by using fluorescence emission spectrometry,synchronous fluorescence spectrometry,Three-Dimensional Excitation-Emission Matrix(3DEEM).The fluorescence indices of F450/500,F340/430,and fluorescence intensity at different wavelengths of DOM were investigated.3DEEM was used to analysis of the humic acid,fulvic acid and protein in the reservoir tributaries and mainstream,the upstream and downstream water source.Experimental results show that the F450/500 values of Science Island 2 and botanical garden were 1.574 and 1.573,it represents the characteristics of the terrigenous input.The F450/500 value was maintained at 1.60~1.80 in Science Island 1,Science Island 3,Dongpu reservoir,which shown that DOM of these places composed of terrigenous and mixed microbial sources due to city sewage pollution,biological activity intensified.The F450/500 value is maintained at about 1.83~1.91 in the Sili River,Bozhou Bridge and Wuli Miao indicated that the DOM of these local water samples are mainly from the biological sources.3DEEM display that fluorescence spectra of most water samples can not find the fluorescence peak of the fulvic acid,but humic acid(peak B)and protein(peak A)fluorescence peak were strong,which shown that the flow of water in the city of Hefei is polluted by municipal sewage or other sources of sewage.
