情感稳定剂联合利培酮治疗男性精神分裂症分析

Analysis of male schizophrenia treated with emotional stabilizer combined with risperidone

目的:探讨对患有难治性精神分裂症的男性患者采纳利培酮联合情感稳定剂治疗后的糖脂代谢、泌乳素水平及临床症状的影响。方法:选择66例患有难治性精神分裂症的男性患者进行观察研究,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组33例患者,实验组患者采用情感稳定剂联合利培酮进行干预,对照组患者采用单用利培酮治疗,对比两组患者阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、糖脂代谢、泌乳素水平及临床疗效。结果:干预后,PANSS显示实验组患者评分显著低于对照组,且两组患者临床症状均有改善,糖脂代谢及泌乳素水平较单用利培酮显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:采纳情感稳定剂配合利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症的男性患者,糖脂代谢及泌乳素水平稳定,且临床疗效显著,有利于疾病恢复。

Objective:To analyze the effects of risperidone combined with emotional stabilizer on glucose and lipid metabolism,prolactin levels and clinical symptoms in male patients with refractory schizophrenia.Methods:This observational study was performed on male patients with refractory schizophrenia who were treated in hospital.They were divided into control group and experimental group,33 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with emotional stabilizer combined with risperidone.The control group was treated with risperidone alone.The negative and positive symptom scales,glycolipid metabolism,prolactin levels and clinical efficacy were compared(PANSS).Results:After intervention,PANSS showed that the experimental group score was significantly lower than the control group,and the clinical symptoms of both groups were improved.The glucose and lipid metabolism and prolactin levels were significantly lower than those with risperidone alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of emotional stabilizers combined with risperidone in the treatment of male patients with refractory schizophrenia,glucose and lipid metabolism and prolactin levels are stable,and clinical efficacy is significant,which is conducive to disease recovery.
