腹腔镜下成人腹股沟疝修补术临床应用与分析

Clinical application and analysis of adults inguinal hernia repair under laparoscopy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下成人腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)的治疗方法和疗效。方法:回顾性分析医院开展的腹腔镜下成人腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)10例患者的临床资料,观察患者术后治疗效果及并发症情况。结果:所有患者均获得治愈,无严重并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜下成人腹股沟疝修补术在基层医院开展也具有一定的安全性,疗效满意,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To explore the treatment and efficacy of laparoscopic adult inguinal hernia repair(TAPP).Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 10 patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair(TAPP)performed in hospital.The postoperative observation of treatment effects and complications.Results:All patients were cured without serious complications.Conclusion:Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the primary hospital also has a certain degree of safety,satisfactory results,it is worth further promotion.
