微小切口辅助MIPPO-LCP内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折

Mini-incision assisting Mippo-LCP Internal fixation distal tibial fracture

目的:探讨应用微小切口辅助MIPPO-LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折手术操作及疗效。方法:某科应用骨折端微小切口(0.5 cm)辅助经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定治疗28例胫骨远端骨折,合并腓骨骨折9例。结果:28例患者均获得随访,随访时间2~17个月,平均(10.5±3.5)个月。所有患者骨折均愈合,平均临床愈合时间14周。结论:应用微小切口辅助MIPPO-LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折具有切口小、美观、创伤小、复位固定可靠、骨痂生长快、软组织并发症少等优点,是治疗胫骨远端A型骨折的理想方法。

Objective:To investigate the operation and curative effect of mini-incision assisted MIPPO-LCP in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods:28 cases of distal tibial fractures and 9 cases of fibular fractures were treated with minimally invasive locking compression plate internal fixation assisted by minimally invasive incision(0.5 cm).Results:28 cases were tracked for 2 to 17 months,with an average of(10.5±3.5)months.All fractures healed,with an average clinical healing time of 14 weeks.Conclusion:Mini-incision assisted MIPPOLCP in the treatment of distal tibial fracture has the advantages of small incision,beautiful appearance,less trauma,reliable reduction and fixation,rapid callus growth and soft tissue and fewer complications.it is an ideal method to treat type A distal tibial fracture.
