针对性护理对肺结核患者服药依从性的影响

Influence of targeted nursing intervention on medication compliance in patients with tuberculosis

目的:探讨针对性护理干预对肺结核患者治疗效果及服药依从性的影响。方法:将医院收治的92例肺结核患者纳为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为两组,每组46例。对照组患者接受常规方式护理,观察组患者则以对照组为基础应用针对性护理。对比两组患者治疗效果与服药依从性。结果:观察组患者病灶好转率、痰涂片转阴率、治愈率及服药依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预可有效提升肺结核患者的服药依从性,提高其治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the influence of targeted nursing intervention on curative effects and medication compliance in patients with tuberculosis.Methods:92 patients with tuberculosis admitted in hospital were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given targeted nursing based on control group.The curative effects and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement rate of focus,negative conversion ratio of sputum smear,cure rate,rate of medication compliance in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention for patients with tuberculosis can effectively increase medication compliance and curative effects.
