舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用价值

Application value of comfortable nursing in hemodialysis nursing

目的:探讨舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用价值。方法:将88例行血液透析治疗患者分成观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上配合舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分优于对照组,观察组患者机体舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用,能有效控制患者并发症发生风险,同时改善患者负面情绪,患者机体舒适度高,应用价值显著。

Objective:To explore the application value of comfortable nursing in hemodialysis nursing.Methods:88 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing on this basis,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The occurrence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with significant differences,The body comfort score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing in hemodialysis nursing can effectively reduce the risk of related complications and improve their negative emotions.The patient's body comfort is high,and the application value is significant.
