口腔外科门诊拔牙并发症原因分析及护理对策

Analysis of complications caused by tooth extraction in outpatient department of oral surgery and nursing countermeasures

目的:探讨口腔外科门诊拔牙后导致并发症的原因与护理对策。方法:研究选取医院口腔外科门诊收治的60例拔牙患者为研究对象,在随机数表法处理下均分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者接受针对性的临床护理干预。比较两组患者拔牙后的并发症发生率及并发症出现的原因。结果:观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔外科门诊患者拔牙后的并发症较多,包括晕厥、拔牙后出血、拔牙后感染、拔牙后疼痛和肿胀、干槽症、下齿槽神经损伤、颞颌关节损伤等,通过加强医护人员的规范操作意识等措施,能够避免发生并发症。

Objective:To explore the causes and nursing strategies of complications after tooth extraction in outpatient department of oral surgery.Methods:60 patients with tooth extraction were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received targeted clinical nursing intervention.The incidence of complications after tooth extraction and the causes of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:there are many complications after tooth extraction in outpatients of oral surgery,such as syncope,bleeding after extraction,infection after extraction,pain and swelling after extraction,trunk alveolar disease,injury of inferior alveolar nerve,injury of temporomandibular joint,etc.The complications can be avoided by strengthening the standard operation consciousness of medical staff.
