CPR工作坊在新入职护士岗前培训中的效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨心肺复苏(CPR)工作坊模式在新入职护士急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法:对某院2017年新入职的55例护士在CPR技能培训中采用工作坊培训模式,比较培训前后新入职护士CPR相关理论知识及技能熟练掌握程度。结果:培训后新入职护士CPR理论成绩优秀率由45.45%上升到87.27%,技能考核成绩优秀率由54.5%上升到96.36%;对急救病例综合分析判断能力大大提高,心理素质也明显提高。结论:对新入职护士采用CPR工作坊模式进行岗前培训,可明显提高培训效果。 Objective:To explore the application effect of CPR(cardiopulmonary resuscitation)workshop mode in emergency skill training of new nurses.Methods:55 new nurses in 2017 were trained by workshops in CPR skills training.The theoretical knowledge and skills of CPR were compared before and after the training.Results:After training,the excellent rate of CPR theory achievement was increased from 45.45%to 87.27%,and the excellent rate of skill examination was increased from 54.5%to 96.36%.Emergency case comprehensive analysis judgment ability greatly enhances,the psychological quality also obviously enhances.Conclusion:The effect of pre-service training for new nurses can be improved obviously by using CPR workshop mode.
