延续护理对急性冠脉综合征患者二级预防的影响研究

Research on the influence of Extended nursing on secondary prevention in patients with acute coronary syndromes

目的:探讨强化延续护理对急性冠脉综合征患者二级预防的影响。方法:86例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例),对照组患者接受常规随访,观察组患者在常规随访基础上添加强化延续护理。对两组患者的应用效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者干预后依从性、指标、再次入院情况、满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性冠脉综合征患者二级预防中采用强化延续护理具有显著效果,值得推广。

Objective:To study the influence of Extended nursing on secondary prevention in patients with acute coronary syndromes.Methods:selected 86 cases of patients with acute coronary syndromer andomly admitted to the hospital as the research sample.The sample was randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43),the control group using conventional follow-up,observation group use routine followup and strengthening extended nursing.Compare the application effect of two groups of patients.Results:the observation group of patients compliance,indicators,readmission after intervention,the degree of satisfaction were better than control group,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:extended nursing on secondary prevention in patients with acute coronary syndromes has significant effectand is worth promoting.
