压塑成型过程测控实验系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对大连理工大学材料成型及控制工程专业对数字化制造领域的人才培养目标,利用位移、压力、温度等传感器采集材料成型过程参数,通过PLC进行信号转换和输出控制,实现了压塑成型过程测控实验系统的设计。基于此实验系统,分析了覆膜砂压塑成型过程中速度、压力、时间和温度对其抗拉强度的影响。该系统将检测与控制原理引入材料成型实验,加深了学生对材料成型过程检测与控制概念的理解。 Aiming at the target of cultivating talents in the digital manufacturing field in the material forming and control engineering major of Dalian University of Technology,the design of detection and control experimental system for compression molding process is realized.The displacement,pressure,temperature and other sensors are used to collect the forming process parameters,and the signal conversion and output control are performed by PLC.Based on this experimental system,students can analyze the effects of speed,pressure,time and temperature on the tensile strength of the coated sand.The system introduces the principle of detection and control into the material forming experiment,deepens students’understanding of the concepts of detection and control in material forming process.
