摘要
X射线衍射分析技术是一种常规的物相分析方法,在材料分析领域应用非常广泛。结合林学的学科特点,开设了X射线衍射分析技术的应用实验课程。采用了多媒体进行理论教学,以样品制备和基本操作为主要的实验教学内容,运用软件对纤维素物相分析和纤维素的结晶度的计算,合理安排了学生分组实践和操作。由浅入深的实验设计使学生更好的掌握X射线衍射仪的相关知识,理论联系实际,培养学生在相关领域的研究、应用和开发的能力,提高了对材料研究的综合分析能力。
X-ray diffraction technique has been commonly used to identify the structural of materials from both qualitative and quantitative perspective.According to the characteristics of the forestry,experimental teaching about X-ray diffraction analysis includes the preparation of sample,basic operation,the phase analysis and calculation of crystallinity.Students are arranged in groups on testing and analysis of samples.The experiment teaching from the elementary to profound enables students to obtain a fundamental knowledge of X-ray diffraction,which can combine theory with practice.The design of course can cultivate students’ability to use the instrument,understand and analyze problems in related fields.
