大数据环境下的系统生物学实验教学模式探索

Exploration of experimental teaching model of system biology in big data environment

系统生物学实验计算量大而复杂,且产生海量数据,传统的教学模式不太适应产生大数据学科实验的教学。基于生物信息专业的教学特点我院自建云实验教学平台,其实现形式主要有生物信息实验教学web网站、课程微信号以及云计算平台。将实验课程分为线上学习与SPOC学习,线上学习集成MOOC教学视频、微课、集约化的综合特点,让学生体验个性化学习,并检测自学能力;SPOC学习是教师利用教学网站与微信掌握学生的学习动态,融合传统的教学课堂模式,针对学生的疑难问题做到一一讲解,做到对症下药,利用云计算平台完成大数据实验以及创新实验。实践证明采用基于云平台的综合教学模式可以调动学生的积极性,提高对本学科的兴趣,提高了教学质量与效果。

The system biology experiment calculation quantity is big and complex,and produces massive data.The traditional teaching pattern is not suitable to the big data experiment teaching.Based on the teaching characteristics of bioinformatics teaching,the cloud platform of experiment teaching which built by our college has the main forms of bioinformatics experiment teaching website,WeChat course and cloud computing platform.The course will be practiced by online learning and SPOC learning.Online learning integrate of MOOC,micro characteristics and intensive course,which let students experience the personalized learning,and detect the self-learning ability;SPOC learning is that teachers grasp the students’situation through teaching website and WeChat,combine the traditional classroom teaching mode,through that the problems of students can be answered and the students can use cloud computing platform to complete experiment and innovation experiment.Practice has proved that the comprehensive teaching mode based on cloud platform can mobilize the enthusiasm of students,improve their interest in this subject,and improve the quality and effect of teaching.
