创新实践型本科生培养的教学实验室管理改革

Reform of teaching laboratory management in the cultivation of innovative practical undergraduates

围绕高等教育对培养创新实践型本科生的要求,以沈阳农业大学土地与环境学院教学实验室全面改造工作为契机,对教学实验室管理进行改革。在借鉴国内教学实验室管理改革成功经验基础上,结合本院教学实验室的特点,从改变教学实验室管理理念,加强实验室教师队伍建设,整合教学实验室资源,推进教学实验室开放,搭建教学实验室网络信息化平台;优化教学实验室管理制度等方面规范和创新教学实验室管理,使其在提高实验教学质量,培养本科生实践创新能力上发挥重要作用。

To meet the demand of higher education for the cultivation of innovative practical undergraduates and take the overall reform of teaching laboratory as an opportunity in the soil and environment college of Shenyang Agricultural University.We carry out the reform and innovation of the teaching laboratory management.On the basis of the experience of teaching laboratory reform at home and abroad and the characteristics of our teaching laboratory,we standardize and innovate the teaching laboratory management.For example,we change the management idea of teaching laboratory,strengthen the construction of laboratory teachers team,integrate laboratory resources,promote the opening of teaching laboratory,construct network information platform of teaching laboratory,optimize the management system of teaching laboratory,and etc.As a result,the teaching laboratory can play a greater role on improving the quality of experimental teaching and training practical innovation ability of undergraduates.
