小学阶段职业启蒙教育开展现状及其提升策略——基于C市5所小学的调查分析 被引量:11

摘要 小学阶段职业启蒙教育是提高学生自我认知和职业认知能力的有效途径,对学生形成正确劳动观念和提高综合实践能力具有积极作用。通过对J省C市5所小学职业启蒙教育开展情况的调查,了解到目前小学阶段职业启蒙教育面临专业教师少、投入时间短、实施水平不高、校间差距明显等问题,究其原因主要是由于学校对职业启蒙教育缺乏科学合理的设计、授课教师数量少且专业性差、学生升学压力大、学校安全顾忌多以及校间综合实力差异明显,亟待通过科学设计教育目标和内容、全面优化教育师资、丰富教育活动方式等提升小学阶段职业启蒙教育的综合水平。 Career enlightenment education in primary school is an effective way to improve students'ability of self-awareness and career cognition,which plays a positive role in forming correct labor viewpoint and improving comprehensive practical ability.By investigating the implementation of career enlightenment education in five primary schools in C City,it is learned that the career enlightenment education in primary schools is faced with problems as the lack of professional teachers,short investment time,low implementation level,and obvious gap between schools.It is caused by the lack of scientific and rational design of career enlightenment education,the small number of teachers and the poor professionalism,the pressure of students of entering a higher school,the safety of school safety and the obvious gaps in comprehensive strength between schools.It is suggested to pass the scientific design education goals and contents,comprehensive optimize teacher resources,and enrich the educational activities to enhance the comprehensive level of career enlightenment education in the stage of primary school.
