企业履行职业教育社会责任对盈利能力与资本结构影响的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility in Vocational Education on Profitability and Capital Structure

职业教育的健康发展需要企业的深度参与。本研究以2015—2017年上海市服务行业企业100强中A股上市公司为样本,通过理论分析并实证检验企业履行职业教育社会责任分别对企业盈利能力、资本结构的影响。结果表明:企业履行员工职业教育社会责任可以提高企业的盈利能力,并优化企业的资本结构;履行学校职业教育社会责任无法优化企业的资本结构,反而会增加企业的偿债负担;履行社区职业教育社会责任与企业盈利能力、资本结构之间无明显关系。最后,结合我国实际情况提出,政府应完善服务行业校企合作的保障机制,服务行业企业应充分发挥人力资本的优势,提升员工综合素养,积极承担对社区发展的社会责任。

The healthy development of vocational education needs the deep participation of enterprises.This study takes A-share listed companies among the top 100 service industry enterprises in Shanghai from 2015 to 2017 as samples,and through theoretical analysis and empirical test the impact of enterprises'fulfillment of social responsibility in vocational education on corporate profitability and capital structure respectively.The results show that enterprises can improve their profitability and optimize their capital structure by fulfilling their social responsibilities in vocational education.Fulfilling the social responsibility of vocational education in schools cannot optimize the capital structure of enterprises,but will increase the debt service burden of enterprises.There is no obvious relationship between social responsibility of community vocational education and corporate profitability and capital structure.Finally,combined with the actual situation in China,the government should improve the guarantee mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in the service industry,and enterprises in the service industry should give full play to the advantages of human capital,improve the comprehensive quality of employees,and actively assume the social responsibility for community development.
