英国T-Level课程改革计划的目标、框架与实施路径

摘要 脱欧后的技术人才短缺问题以及作为人才供给侧的职业教育体系面临的诸多问题使得英国政府意识到职业教育改革的紧迫性和必要性。因此,英国教育部秉持大职业教育观的育人理念,推出T-Level课程改革计划,力图建构世界一流的职业教育体系,为职业教育与普通教育的相互贯通提供可能。该课程计划为年轻人提供核心知识、就业技能与行业实习相融合的理论与实践学习,将以往单一的岗位培训拓展到更为宽泛的职业学习途径,增强了学生职业转换的就业能力,满足了学生持续专业发展的需要。结合我国职业教育发展的实际情况,T-Level课程改革计划为我国职业教育课程改革提供了借鉴。 The shortage of technical talents after Brexit and the problems faced by the vocational education system as a supply side of the talents have made the British government aware of the urgency and necessity of vocational education reform.Therefore,the British Ministry of Education adheres to the concept of educating people with a great vocational education view and launches a T-Level curriculum reform plan to construct a world-class vocational education system,providing a possibility for the interoperability of vocational education and general education.The program plans to provide young people with theoretical and practical learning that integrates core knowledge,employment skills and industry internships.It extends the previous single job training to a broader career learning pathway,enhancing the employability of students'career transitions and satisfying the needs of students'sustainable professional development.Combined with the actual situation of the development of vocational education in China,the T-Level curriculum reform plan provides a reference for the reform of vocational education curriculum in China.
