摘要
白云石和石灰石作为生产玻璃的主要原料,在浮法玻璃混合料中占19%左右的比例,其粒度质量对配合料均匀度的影响至关重要。通过调整锤式破碎机内部及筛条的构造、改变筛分设备六角筛筛网使用规格来控制白云石和石灰石加工粒度级配,改善配合料均匀度,提高玻璃质量,同时降低粉碎加工的生产成本。
Dolomite and lime stone,as the main raw materials for glass-making,account for about 19%of float glass batching.The influence of their particle size and quality on homogeneity of glass batching is crucial.By adjusting the structure of the inner part of the hammer crusher and the screen bar,and changing the sieve mesh specification of hexagonal screen,the grain size distribution of dolomite and lime stone is controlled,the homogeneity of glass-making batch is improved,the glass quality is better and the processing cost of crushing is reduced.
