“烟塔合一”技术浅述

摘要 “烟塔合一”是将烟囱放置于双曲线冷却塔内,通过冷却塔热空气抬升烟气的技术。采用此技术具有降低烟气污染物最大落地浓度、节省烟道系统投资、降低排烟温度提高能源效率等优点,但也存在其特有的技术限制。在国内大气污染物排放标准日益严格的情况下,采用烟塔合一技术在技术上是可行的,具有一定经济效益和环境效益。 "Smoke tower integration"is a technique in which a chimney is placed in a hyperbolic cooling tower to raise the flue gas through the cooling tower's hot air.The use of this technology has the advantages of reducing the maximum concentration of flue gas pollutants,saving the investment of the flue system,reducing the exhaust gas temperature and improving energy efficiency;however,there are also unique technical limitations.In the case of increasingly strict domestic air pollutant emission standards,the use of smoke tower integration technology is technically feasible and has certain economic and environmental benefits.
