摘要 目的探讨SNP微列阵检测染色体异常与稽留流产的关系。方法基于SNP微列阵检测法,检测对象为2016年12月至2018年6月期间于九江学院附属医院妇产科就诊的稽留流产的患者。从中随机抽取60例作为实验组,行人工流产术获取流产绒毛组织。同时,随机选取60例因计划外妊娠于本院行人工流产术患者作为对照组。所有样本采用随机分层抽样方法,以年龄进行分层,每层抽取20个患者作为调查对象。对照组采用传统的绒毛细胞核型分析方法进行分析,实验组采用illumina Human Cyto SNP-12芯片对流产组织绒毛DNA进行SNP微阵列检测,检查稽留流产患者染色体异常及分型情况,并采用多因素分析方法分析其相关性。结果数据分析结果显示,实验组和对照组绒毛细胞培养差异无统计学意义,但实验组准确率明显高于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SNP微列阵检测技术,能够全面深入分析染色体异常与稽留流产的关系,从而为临床医学诊断和治疗等提供重要参考,在临床值得进一步应用和推广。 Objective To study the SNP micro array to detect the relationship between chromosome abnormality and missed abortion.Methods From December 2016 to June 2018 to see a doctor obstetrics and gynecology hospital during the period of missing abortion patients randomly selected as experimental group,60 cases of artificial abortion for abortion villus tissues.In order to carry out the comparative analysis,60 cases of patients induced abortion in our hospital were selected as the control group for the comparative analysis.A random stratified sampling method was adopted to sample the patients with missed abortion and induced abortion in our hospital.The age was stratified,and 20 patients were selected as the objects of investigation at each layer.Control group used the traditional hair cells karyotype analysis method for analysis,the experiment group applied Illumina Human Cyto SNP-12 chips to SNP microarray detection to detect the DNA extracted organization of abortion villus,inspection and classification of missed abortion and patient’s chromosome abnormality,so as to study the relationship between it and missed abortion,using the multi-factor analysis method finally summarizes the influencing factors of missed abortion.Results The causes of missed abortion are complex,many influence factors found by the in-depth analysis,it can be seen that the experimental group and the control group is no significant difference between villus cell culture,but the experimental accuracy is significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SNP micro array detection technology has more advantages,it is able to in-depth analysis of the relationship between chromosome abnormality and missed abortion,which provide important reference for clinical medical diagnosis and treatment,etc,it is worth further clinical application and analysis.
