养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪对偏头痛的应用价值及效果评价

Application value and effect evaluation of Yangxue Qingnao granule combined with flunarizine hydrochloride on migraine

目的探索养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪对偏头痛的应用价值及效果。方法选取2014年1月至2018年1月本院偏头痛60例患者(实施奇偶数法分组模式),对照组的30例患者进行盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组的30例患者进行养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。结果观察组头痛持续时间(2.42±0.68)h/次、头痛发作次数(0.42±0.13)次/周、总有效率(96.67%)、VAS评分(1.75±0.25)分、头痛指数(1.36±0.54)分、不良反应发生率(6.67%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对偏头痛患者实施养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the application value and effect of Yangxue Qingnao granule combined with flunarizine hydrochloride on migraine.Methods Sixty patients with migraine in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were enrolled(parity group method),30 patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Yangxue Qingnao granule combined with flunarizine hydrochloride.Results The duration of headache in the observation group(2.42±0.68)h/time,the number of headache attacks(0.42±0.13)times/week,the total effective rate(96.67%),the VAS score(1.75±0.25),and the headache index(1.36±0.54)and adverse reactions(6.67%)were better to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of migraine patients with Yangxue Qingnao granule combined with flunarizine hydrochloride is effective.
