急诊科机械通气患者院内安全转运的管理分析

Management analysis of safe transfer in hospital for patients with mechanical ventilation in emergency department

目的针对本院急诊科实施机械通气的患者采取院内安全转运的管理临床效果进行分析。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月本院收治的急诊科机械通气的患者70例,根据住院先后顺序,分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组实行常规的院内转运制度和流程,而观察组则给予院内安全转运管理,如增加转运设备,正确全面评估患者的病情,对风险事件的发生率和接收科室的满意度进行分析。结果实施后,观察组风险事件的发生率较低,且接收科室的满意度高达100%,对比对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科机械通气的患者实行院内安全转运管理的效果显著,能够降低患者的风险,提高接收科室的满意度,降低死亡率,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of safe delivery in hospitals for patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the emergency department of our hospital.Methods Seventy patients with mechanical ventilation in the emergency department admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled.According to the order of hospitalization,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases each.The control group implemented the routine in-hospital transshipment system and process,while the observation group gave the hospital safe transfer management,such as increase.The transshipment equipment correctly and comprehensively evaluates the patient's condition,and analyzes the incidence of risk events and the satisfaction of the receiving department.Results After the implementation,the incidence of risk events in the observation group was low,and the satisfaction of the receiving department was as high as 100%.The difference between the control group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of in-hospital safe transfer management in patients with mechanical ventilation in the emergency department is significant,which can reduce the risk of patients,improve the satisfaction of receiving departments,reduce mortality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
