乙肝病毒标记物阳性表型血清标本乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)-DNA临床检验分析的应用效果评价

Evaluation of clinical application of hepatitis B virus(hbv)-DNA analysis in serum samples with positive phenotypes of hepatitis B virus markers

目的研究乙肝病毒标记物阳性表型血清标本乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)-DNA临床检验分析的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月本院收治的2型病毒性肝炎患者25例,为观察组,并选取同期接受体检的健康人25例,为对照组,均实施PCR荧光定量检测,对比两组乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)-DNA水平。结果观察组受检人员HBV-DNA水平(4 799.32±12.55)×10^3 copy/ml,相比对照组HBV-DNA水平(0.61±0.02)×10^3 copy/ml较高(P<0.05)。结论实施PCR荧光定量检测能够对HBV-DNA水平进行分析,进而有效检出乙型病毒肝炎,为后期治疗提供有利依据,值得研究。

Objective To study the application effect of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-DNA clinical test analysis in serum samples with positive phenotype of hepatitis B virus markers.Methods 25 patients with type 2 viral hepatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as observation group,and 25 healthy persons who received physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.PCR fluorescence quantitative detection was performed.Quantitative detection of viral hepatitis B was performed by PCR fluorescence,and the two groups were compared.Hepatitis B virus(HBV)-DNA level.Results The HBV-DNA level in the observation group(4 799.32±12.55)×10^3 copy/ml was higher than that in the control group(0.61±0.02)×10^3 copy/ml(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative detection of HBV-DNA by PCR can effectively detect hepatitis B and provide a favorable basis for later treatment.It is worth studying.
