Effects of gestational diabetes mellitus on cardiovascular system in fetuses and infants

目的分析妊娠糖尿病对胎儿及婴儿心血管系统的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月在本院就诊分娩的妊娠糖尿病孕妇30例,将其设为实验组;并随机选择同期在本院分娩的正常妊娠孕妇30例,将其设为对照组;对32周龄胎儿、2周龄婴儿的心血管系统进行观察分析。结果在胎儿基础心率、胎心率无负荷试验阳性率方面,实验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;胎儿心脏超声检查结果显示,实验组的左室射血分数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组的左心输出量、室间隔舒张末期厚度、左室壁舒张末期厚度比较差异无统计学意义。2周婴儿心脏超声检查结果显示,实验组的左室射血分数显著低于对照组,而两组的左心输出量、室间隔舒张末期厚度、左室壁舒张末期厚度比较差异无统计学意义。结论妊娠糖尿病会在一定程度上影响胎儿和婴儿的心血管系统,降低其射血分数。

Objective To analysis the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus on cardiovascular system in fetuses and infants.Methods 30 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were delivered in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the experimental group,and 30 normal pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the control group.The cardiovascular system of 32-week-old fetuses and 2-week-old infants were observed and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the positive rate of fetal basal heart rate and fetal heart rate in no load test between the experimental group and the control group.The results of fetal echocardiography showed that the left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the left ventricular output and the end-diastolic thickness of the interventricular septum in the two groups were significantly lower than There was no significant difference in left ventricular wall diastolic thickness between the two groups.The results of two-week echocardiography showed that the left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in left ventricular output,interventricular septum end-diastolic thickness and left ventricular wall end-diastolic thickness between the two groups.Conclusion Gestational diabetes mellitus can affect the cardiovascular system of fetus and infant to a certain extent and reduce their ejection fraction.
