摘要
本文介绍了温湿度环境试验箱的校准目标和方法,从温(湿)度计算模型入手,分析各关键参数采样方法和误差修正方案。分析了硬件采样原理,对各功能模块的执行形式进行展开论述,指出微控制处理器在集成度、内存资源、测量准确度方面的优势。根据校准仪实际测量数据,分别对温度和湿度不确定度进行评定,结果表明温(湿)度测量准确度满足实际需求。
This paper introduces the calibration target and method of temperature and humidity environment test box.Starting from the calculation model of temperature(humidity),the sampling method and error correction scheme of key parameters are analyzed.The principle of hardware sampling is analyzed,and the execution forms of each functional module are discussed.The advantages of microprocessor in integration,memory resources and measurement accuracy are pointed out.According to the actual measurement data of the calibrator,the uncertainty of temperature and humidity is evaluated respectively.The results show that the accuracy of temperature(humidity)measurement meets the actual needs.
