摘要
无线移动通信的射频装置一般采用双载波系统,主要由电源单元、基带单元和中射频小信号单元和功放单元组成。介绍了无线移动通信射频装置硬件电路结构布局;分析了各模块的功能实现和存在的影响,并针对影响因素,提出了硬件设计和测试解决的方法,通过硬件电路的合理设置和优化设计,不断提升了射频电路的灵敏度、可靠度以及安全性要求。
Radio frequency devices in wireless mobile communications generally adopt dual carrier system,which mainly consists of power supply unit,baseband unit,medium and small radio signal unit and power amplifier unit.This paper introduces the hardware circuit structure layout of radio frequency device for wireless mobile communication,analyses the function realization and existing influence of each module,and puts forward the method of hardware design and test solution aiming at the influencing factors.Through the reasonable setting and optimum design of hardware circuit,the sensitivity and reliability of radio frequency circuit are continuously improved.And safety requirements.
