OMRON视觉系统的位置修正应用

摘要 近年来,我国科技发展迅速,自动化领域技术也是日新月异。传感器件作为自动化系统中的反馈环节的重要组成部分,由于其直接影响到自动化系统的运动效果,也得到了迅猛的发展。利用光电器件的光电转换功能的图像传感器,作为电子设备的“眼睛”,也广泛运用于交通、医疗、安防、航天应用领域中。本文介绍了OMRON公司的图像传感器在位置修正方面的应用。该套系统结合OMRON公司的飞行拍照技术,将会极大的提高自动化设备的工作效率。 In recent years,science and technology in our country have developed rapidly,and the technology in automation field is also changing with each passing day.Sensors,as an important part of feedback link in automation system,have been developed rapidly because of their direct impact on the motion effect of automation system.As the“eyes”of electronic equipment,image sensors with photoelectric conversion function of optoelectronic devices are also widely used in the fields of transportation,medical treatment,security and aerospace applications.This paper introduces the application of OMRON image sensor in position correction.Combining OMRON’s flight photography technology,the system will greatly improve the efficiency of automation equipment.
