摘要
为了解决烟丝掺配工序因累积精度出现偏差影响质量的问题,设计了一套掺配过程累积精度防差错系统。采用对累积精度和掺配秤瞬时流量跟踪比对的方法,实现异常状态的报警提示、自动修正和超差停机等功能。以湛江卷烟厂在线设备空车模拟和实物投产对系统进行测试,结果表明:①生产过程掺配累积精度误差≥|±1|%发出超差报警,≥|±2|%超差停机,准确率为100%;②系统补偿功能可根据精度误差自动介入、换级和退出。该系统可为提高掺配工序产品质量提供技术支撑。
In order to solve the problem that the tobacco blending process affected by the deviation of the cumulative accuracy,this paper designs a set of mixing process cumulative accuracy error prevention system.The method of comparing the accumulated precision and the instantaneous flow tracking of the blending scale is used to realize the alarm prompt,automatic correction and over-limit shutdown of the abnormal state.The system was tested by the empty vehicle simulation and physical production of the online equipment of Zhanjiang Cigarette Factory.The results show:1)Accumulation accuracy error of production process≥|±1|%issued out-of-tolerance alarm,≥|±2|%over-time stop,accuracy rate It is 100%,2)system additional compensation function adopts hierarchical control,automatic intervention,leveling and exit.
