摘要 目前市场上已经出现了一些快递自动化分拣系统,但存在成本高或分拣率低的问题。设计了一种视觉识别技术提取快递面单三段码信息,组态王获取三段码中代表位置信息的字符,PLC作为下位机控制硬件动作的自动化分拣系统。实验结果显示,在视觉软件正确识别快递面单三段码信息的情况下,可实现快递准确分拣。该系统直接处理快递面单信息,不需与快递数据库系统对接,故各个快递之间保持相对独立,疑难件不影响其它快递的分拣,能保证较高的正确率。该系统编写了错误清除程序,系统可以自我更正,稳定可靠。 In this paper,a visual recognition technology is designed to extract the 3-segment code information of express delivery,Kingview to obtain the characters representing the position information in the 3-segment code,and PLC is used as the automatic sorting system to control the hardware action of the lower computer.The experimental results show that the accurate sorting can be realized when the visual software can correctly recognize the three-segment code information of the express bill.This system directly processes the information of express delivery orders without docking with the express database system,so each express is relatively independent,difficult items do not affect the sorting of other express,and can ensure a high accuracy rate.The system has written the error clearing procedure,the system can correct itself,stable and reliable.
