摘要
针对危险系数大的应用环境中,对现场信息进行人工采集的难度大、检查成本高、危险系数大等问题,提出了基于组态王6.60的智能巡检系统,进行危险场所的巡检工作。该系统实现了运动平台的移动、避障等运动控制,环境温湿度的采集、处理与监控,以及现场环境中管道及支架等设备的成像观测。其中上位机组态王实现了对移动平台的控制、数据的处理分析、实时监测、现场成像、危险报警等功能。实际应用表明,系统稳定可靠,界面友好。
The intelligent inspection system based on the KingView 6.60 is put forward to carry out the inspection work of dangerous place in this paper.The system realizes the motion control of the motion platform,barrier avoidance,the collection,processing and monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity,and the imaging observation of equipment such as pipeline and bracket in the on-site environment.The upper unit KingView realized the control of the mobile platform,processing and analysis of data,real-time monitoring,field imaging,hazard alarm and other functions.
