摘要
在一种液压式抽油机上设计的比例阀控液压缸,用来控制抽油杆的速度,达到最佳速度曲线。以此为基础建立比例阀控液压缸的数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对其动态特性、稳态特性进行研究,结果表明该比例阀控液压缸满足要求,对后续抽油机的研究提供了参考。
A proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder is designed on a hydraulic pumping unit to control the speed of the sucker rod to achieve the optimum speed curve in this paper.Based on this,the mathematical model of proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder is established.The dynamic characteristics and steady-state characteristics of MATLAB/Simulink are studied.The results show that the proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder meets the requirements.
