摘要
传统的圆度测量系统采用相敏检波(PSD)方法处理传感器,受载波频率漂移的影响较大。分析了传统相敏检波的误差来源,设计了一套基于电感传感器的动态偏置检波电路,并应用于圆度测量系统。通过实验验证,设计的圆度测量系统能减弱载波漂移带来的精度影响,提高了系统的精度与稳定性。
The traditional roundness measurement system uses the phase sensitive detection(PSD)method to process the sensor,which is greatly affected by the carrier frequency drift.In this paper,the error sources of traditional phase sensitive detection are analyzed,and a dynamic bias detection circuit based on inductive sensor is designed and applied to the roundness measurement system.The experimental results show that the roundness measurement system designed in this paper can reduce the accuracy impact caused by carrier drift and improve the accuracy and stability of the system.
