摘要
低相干光学反射测量系统是检测光纤器件微损伤的重要仪器,在实际使用中,其很容易受到噪声干扰,继而形成杂散干涉峰,成为影响测量系统对真实干涉信号准确识别的主要障碍。提出了一种基于局部搜索算法的信号处理方法,用来去除低相干光学反射测量系统中杂散干涉峰的影响,提高了系统测量的准确度。通过实际实验测试,证明了新方法的有效性。
Low-coherence optical reflection measurement system is an important instrument for detecting micro-damage in optical fiber devices.In applications,noise signal forms ghost interference peaks,and limits the detection accuracy.In this paper,a local searching algorithm based signal processing method was proposed to reduce the influence of ghost interference peaks in low-coherence optical reflection measurement system and improve the accuracy of system measurement.We applied the new method in the experimental tests and demonstrated the effectiveness and accuracy of the new method.
