从天然气分布式到智慧能源的上海实践与未来

Practice in Shanghai and Future Concerns from Natural Gas Distributed Energy to Intelligent Energy

摘要 上海市分布式能源产业技术创新战略联盟根据近百个相关案例调研,以上海天然气分布式能源系统“四轮”政策实践为例,结合笔者参与四轮推进工作的体会,尝试梳理总结上海实践六个方面主要做法。基于用户端多场景未来用能需求和高品质发展愿景,提出重塑分布式能源系统的四大优势,关注两个关键,并就设计与评估、服务合约、设备自主创新、模块化与可再生能源智慧化结合、灵活性调峰应急等未来关注提出建议,以供行业借鉴。 Based on nearly 100 related case studies of Shanghai's Distributed Energy Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance,this paper takes the“Fourth-round”policy practice of Shanghai natural gas distributed energy system as an example,and combines the experience of the author to participate in the four rounds drive work,trying to sort out six main aspects of Shanghai's practice.Based on the multi-scenario future energy demand and high-quality development vision of the client,the four major advantages of reshaping the distributed energy system are proposed,and two key points are concerned.It also proposes future considerations such as design and evaluation,service contracts,equipment independent innovation,modularization and intelligentization of renewable energy,and flexibility of peak regulation and emergency response for industry reference.
