摘要 为研究上海市高校教室中PAEs的污染特征以及对人体的健康风险,采集上海市8所高校69间教室中的降尘,同时通过问卷记录教室信息,对降尘样品进行预处理和仪器分析。研究发现,14种PAEs中DEHP浓度最高(2 258.89μg/g),其次为DBP(413.72μg/g)。相关性分析发现DEHP与温度存在显著正相关,与湿度和教室面积存在显著负相关。DEHP、DBP和DIBP之间存在显著相关性。差异性分析发现,不同教室降尘中PAEs具有显著的差异性,窗户类型、地板材质、地理位置是影响教室内PAEs浓度不同的因素。暴露计算表明,教室内PAEs暴露为口入<皮肤接触<呼吸吸入。累计风险评估表明,大学生在教室中的暴露应加予以重视。 In order to study the pollution characteristics of PAEs in college classrooms in Shanghai and the health risks to humans,dust was collected from 69 classrooms in 8 universities in Shanghai.At the same time,classroom information was recorded by questionnaires,and pretreatment and instrumental analysis were performed on dust samples.The study found that the concentration of DEHP in PAEs was the highest(2258.89μg/g),followed by DBP(413.72μg/g).Correlation analysis showed that DEHP had a significant positive correlation with temperature and a significant negative correlation with humidity and classroom area.There was a significant correlation between DEHP,DBP and DIBP.The difference analysis found that PAEs in different classrooms had significant differences.Window type,floor material and geographical location were factors that affect the concentration of PAEs in the classroom.Exposure calculations indicate that PAEs in the classroom were exposed to oral<skin contact<breath inhalation.The cumulative risk assessment indicates that the exposure of college students in the classroom should be taken seriously.
