摘要
根据径向波导传播模式特点和集总参数阻抗匹配理论,提出了一种采用磁耦合探针的12路径向波导功率合成器,该合成器具有插入损耗小、功率容量大、加工装配方便等优点。测试结果表明:在1.0GHz^1.6GHz范围内,合成器插损小于0.2dB,回波损耗优于-20dB,相位一致性优于±1.2°,测试结果与仿真结果吻合。
By analyzing modes in radial waveguide and lumped-element impedance matching theory,a novel L-band 12-way power combiner,with inductive coupling probe,is proposed,which is with characteristics of low insertion loss,high power capacity,and convenience in machining and assembling,etc.The measured results show a bandwidth of 600 MHz from 1000 MHz to 1600MHz with insertion loss lower than 0.2dB,return loss better than-20dB,ports imbalance of the phase better than±1.2 degrees,agrees well with simulation results.
