摘要
本文分析了非全相工况对发电机及变压器的危害,提出了非全相保护配置的必要性。介绍了当前发变组高压侧断路器非全相保护配置现状,分析了国家相关标准对现状的影响。分析了断路器失灵保护和三相不一致保护的配合关系,提出未配置电气量三相不一致保护则可能导致失灵保护拒动。分析了断路器防跳回路和三相不一致保护的配合关系,提出未配置电气量三相不一致保护则可能导致断路器就地跳闸时无法起动防跳。最后提出了解决问题的改进措施和对策,特别对在不同情况下本体三相不一致保护动作时间定值整定原则进行了分析说明。
The damage of incomplete phase working conditions to generator and transformer is analyzed,the necessity of incomplete phase protection configuration is proposed,the current situation of incomplete phase protection configuration on the HV side circuit breaker of generator-transformer unit is introduced,the effect of relevant national standards on the current situation is analyzed,the cooperative relationship between circuit breaker failure protection and three-phase inconsistency protection is analyzed,the possibility of lacking of configuration of electrical capacity three-phase inconsistency protection leading to malfunction of failure protection is put forward,the cooperative relationship between circuit breaker anti-trip circuit and three-phase inconsistency protection is analyzed,and the possibility of lacking of configuration of electrical capacity three-phase inconsistency protection leading to failure to start anti-trip function when the circuit breaker trips locally is proposed.And finally,the improvement measures and strategies to solve the problems are put forward,especially the fixed value setting principle for action time of noumenal three-phase inconsistency protection under the different situations is analyzed and explained.
