大型厨房排烟道火灾预警系统设计与数据处理 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过对大型厨房排烟道火灾成因及特点的研究分析,设计了针对厨房排烟道的火灾预警系统。系统采用SIEMENS S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器为核心控制器,选用以裸露式PT-100温度传感器为基础的无线、有线两种方式作为温度采集手段,通过RS-485和Modbus协议来实现数据采集设备与控制器的硬件连接及数据传输。经过对排烟道表面温度变化特征的实测,选用最小二乘法来实现对排烟道表面温度的预测以及对骤然温升状态的识别,达到对排烟道火灾预警的目的。 Based on the research and analysis of the causes and characteristics of fires of exhaust fume chimney of large kitchen,this paper designs a fire early warning system scheme for kitchen exhaust fume ducts.The system adopts SIEMENS S7-1200 programmable logic controller as the core controller.The wireless and wired methods based on the bare PT-100 temperature sensor are selected as the temperature acquisition means.The data acquisition device and controller are realized hardware connection and data transfer by RS-485 and Modbus protocols.After the actual measurement of the surface temperature change characteristics of the exhaust fume chimney,using the least squares method predicts the surface temperature of the exhaust fume ducts and identifies the sudden temperature rise state,so as to achieve the purpose of warning fire of the exhaust fume chimney.
